  • Complete Disassembly & Degreasing
  • Head Rebuild: Valve stem replacements, head skimming & pressure testing, valve re-seating/cutting, and lapping.
  • Installation of New Components: Head gasket, head bolts, piston rings, and pistons (if required).
  • Block Hone to restore cylinder surface.
  • Replacement of All Bearings: Main, Big End, and Thrust Bearings.
  • Timing Belt/Chain Kit Replacement
  • Oil Pump installation
  • Front and rear crank seals replaced.
  • Additional parts replaced as required during reconditioning.

 

Pricing Options

  1. £2,100 – Reconditioned engine with exchange of your old engine.
  2. £2,700 – Straight sale (no engine exchange required).
  3. £3,000 – Rebuilt engine fitted into your vehicle (includes oils and seals) with engine exchange.
  4. £3,600 – Rebuilt engine fitted into your vehicle (includes oils and seals) without engine exchange.

 

Warranty

  • 6-month warranty or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.
